Each installation is completed by one of our in-house teams of highly experienced fitters and managed by one of our directors, which means we can give you exact start and finish dates to suit your needs.

This Step by Step guide will explain the process in detail...

1) INITIAL ENQUIRY - When you ask for an estimate from Kenray, we will book a date for a visit to your home.

2) HOME VISIT - We will visit you at home to discuss what you want from your bathroom and take all measurements/information necessary to prepare your bathroom quote.

3) PLANNING/PRODUCT SELECTION MEETING - You will receive a phone call from us to arrange an appointment at our showroom. At the showroom meeting, we will talk you through the proposed plans for your bathroom and show you a selection of product options. You will receive a full written estimate and details of our pricing structure.

4) 10% DEPOSIT TO SECURE GUARANTEED START DATE - Once you have gone through the estimate and are happy with the plans and costings, you will revisit our showroom and pay a 10% deposit which will secure you a guaranteed start date.

5) FINAL PLANNING MEETING - Approximately one week prior to your start date, your project manager will revisit your home to finalise any details.

6) BATHROOM REFIT - Our skilled tradesmen will completely refit your bathroom.

7) ENJOY YOUR NEW BATHROOM - Run your bath, jump in and start enjoying your new bathroom!
